Robots in MS HoloLens

Demonstrating a robot application in augmented reality.

Thanks to MS HoloLens, an automation system comes fully alive in augmented reality (AR) even before being implemented.

The virtual model of the new automation system is merged with the real image of the surroundings in the AR goggles. This allows the wearer to take a unique look into the future. Optimisation potentials in the automation concept can be clarified at an early stage.

Movements are checked, and space requirements and logistics processes can be verified in the “real” environment. Accordingly, the implementation of a new automation system is already being elevated to an even higher level right from the start. This cuts down on time and project lead times.
