Collection of personal data
The use of our website, our software, our services and our contact functions, our registration and subscription functions, as well as our business contact, results in personal data being collected manually or automatically as well as in personal or impersonal communication, such as name, address or e-mail address. This information must be stored in our systems in order for us to conduct our business.
Storage and protection of personal data
Personal data are stored on our systems, possibly including external computing and storage capacities. The systems we use are located in Switzerland wherever possible and are protected by appropriate measures within the usual scope.
Use of personal data
We process personal data exclusively for the maintenance of our business relationships, the processing and follow-up of enquiries, the preparation of quotes, the implementation of pre-contractual and contractual measures and the initiation and fulfilment of product, operating and other services. Data collection via the website
In close cooperation with our hosting provider, we strive to protect the website data as best as possible from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or falsification. Registration process
All data entered by the clients in the course of registration will be stored. This includes the given name and family name, address data, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address. Those data that are absolutely necessary for registration or registration processing may be passed on to third-party service providers.
Handling of contact data
If you contact the website operator through the contact options provided, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your enquiry. Such data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Data processing by YouTube
For the integration of videos, our site uses the provider YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you access a page with embedded videos, your IP address is sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information is also assigned to your user account (you can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before viewing the video). We have no knowledge of the collection and use of your data by YouTube and have no influence over it.
